⚖️ Compliance Notes
- • CAN-SPAM: Opt-out requests for email must be honored within 10 business days.
- • TCPA: SMS opt-outs (STOP) must be honored immediately and permanently unless new consent is given.
- • Re-subscribing: Only re-subscribe agents who have explicitly provided new written or verbal consent.
- • Record keeping: Opt-out records are kept for compliance auditing. Deletion removes the record entirely.
